To celebrate Earth Month this year, you can donate to Ellie's Fund by recycling through TerraCycle at no cost to you! By sending your rubbish to TerraCycle (free shipping), you’ll make a positive impact on the environment and support Ellie's Fund. Send your used, hard-to-recycle products and packaging to TerraCycle, and they’ll donate £5 per shipment received to Ellie's Fund.

TerraCycle is opening 13 recycling programmes for participation until the end of April. To allow ample time to process your shipment and ensure we receive the maximum donation, start collecting your rubbish today and ship no later than April 30th.

If you would like to recycle through multiple programmes, please download a new shipping label for each programme and send the rubbish in separate boxes.

Don’t forget to ship your packages no later than April 30th to ensure Ellie's Fund receives the maximum donation from TerraCycle. Shipments sent after April 30th will only be eligible for the standard incentives offered.

About Ellie's Fund

In 2007, Ellie, then aged 11, was diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumour. She battled the odds, became an expert fundraiser and left behind a legacy; Ellie's Fund. The fund raised over £25,000 during Ellie's lifetime and has since raised over £250,000, helping to provide financial assistance to families who have a child going through brain tumour treatment in Yorkshire and support pioneering research projects. Ellie's Fund merged with Yorkshire's Brain Tumour Charity to become an official YBTC fund in 2017. The fund focuses on turning everyday rubbish including pens, ink cartridges, gloves, water filters and stamps into money for life-changing research.
